These cables will be with 0.5 or 0.63 mm dia ATC Conductor with 0.3 to 0.4 mm Insulation thickness of PVC or HR PVC. Individual pair may be with or without polyester tape lapping. The cables will be Unarmoured for indoor applications and Armoured for outdoor applications and are with or without Screening.
CONDUCTOR : 0.5,0.6,0.71 & 0.9 mm dia or higher sizes of annealed tinned high conductivity electrolytic solid copper conductors.

CABLES ASSEMBLY :Up to 100 pairs laid up in concentric layers: 200 pairs cable formed by four fifty pairs unit stranded together. A polyester tape is wrapped around the cable core of the outer sheath, is laid up beneath. Pairs may be shielded individually or overall with copper drain wire.
